On Wednesday October 3, Lee Fields and his band The Expressions will be stopping by Montreal's Cabaret Mile-End as part of a world tour promoting their latest record Faithful Man.

If you've been into soul for a while, then you already know who Mr. Fields is. The man has been around since the 70s, when he was often referred to as Little JB aka young James Brown. Despite never really breaking through with a major radio hit, Less Fields managed to continuously create work throughout the decades. He played with an endless number of artists, contributed to the birth of Sharon Jones & The Dap-Kings in the early 2000s and is still releasing new music with the help of The Expressions, the house band from legendary Truth & Soul record label.
