thanks for your comment on your last show. i was kind of surprised when you talked about me.

I'm not a very big specialist of the belgian scene but here a few well-know bands known in belgium:
- stijn (http://www.myspace.com/mijnlabel)
- girls in hawaii (http://www.myspace.com/girlsinhawaii)
- ozark henry (http://www.myspace.com/ozarkhenry)
- daan (http://www.myspace.com/officialdaan)

then you have of course: hooverphonic, deus, mud flow, arid, yel, etc. (they are all on myspace).

I should check, there is maybe a "minuit frite mayo" podcats somewhere in brussels.

but continue, i'm your first belgian fan.

Cool...thanks for the recommendations. They are new to me, except the last few you mentioned. Hopefully some of them make their way over here sometime so I can play them in the show.

hmmm frite mayo a minuit. sounds just as good in french.

well, "frite mayo", it's "typically" what should eat after a party somewhere in belgium. Same as poutines, except poutines are unknown here.

yeah, the last few are really popular.

Hey Jer,
Nice show. Where did you find the "Thou shalt not kill" song?

Thanks Hannah. Glad you enjoyed it. The track was from KEXP's (excellent) song of the day series. I think this is the link:
