In Their Own Words: Black Feelings

Posted by Jer / March 10, 2011

Black FeelingsIn their Own Words: the Montreal Sessions is a unique, in depth ten-part band profile series. The musicians featured share their experiences, inspirations, and aspirations in pursuit of their artistic vision. On this week's show, the second to last in this volume, Black Feelings.

Black Feelings create a wall of sound. The outer most layer is deceptively dense. For the musically timid, it is not easily traversed. On the other side is a shimmering and textural landscape. At the heart, as twisted as it may sound, a pure pop sensibility.

In their own words: Black Feelings. Music for the adventurous

I think this will be a great avenue for the word of God to go far and also for the work we are doing with Shaping Destiny to spread. Thank you for being a leader in your faith in God's ability to do the impossible.
